In the last month I’ve incorporated a new favorite item to my morning routine, lavender linen water. After I make my bed in the morning, I give it a good spritz with this lavender linen water, and it smells amazing. It just adds another level to making the bed. I’m not sure if it is the calming sent, or the idea of finishing off a task with something therapeutic. The added bonus is that when I climb into bed at night, the smell carries me off to dreamland!

Supplies:
-4oz Spray bottles. I used these great amber glass spray bottles.
-1 jug of purified water
-Witch Hazel
-Lavender oil (I also used vanilla, combined they smell amazing)
-Dried Lavender (optional)
-Tag and twine (optional)
Step 1: Add 1oz of Witch Hazel to each spray bottle.

Step 2: Add 3oz of purified water to the spray bottle.

Step 3: Add 7 drops of Lavender oil, and 4 drops of vanilla. You can play around with these measurements depending on your preferences.

Step 4: Add dried lavender to the bottle. It looks so pretty up against the light!

Step 5: Tie a tag onto the bottle with a piece of lavender to make a pretty gift.

These are perfect last minute hostess gifts, Easter basket additions, and teacher gifts. I recommend making 6 at a time and storing them in your towel cabinet, or where you keep back-up items. Enjoy!
